Shipping Policy
- We ship Monday – Friday 10am-4:30pm EST (most orders shipped the same day). We ship Saturday 9am to 12:30pm.
- We use USPS for shipping (usually 2-Day Priority, if it’s a large box it is Next-Day)
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the products you purchased, less any shipping fees. We cannot offer refunds on shipping fees.
No returns on opened items.
How to Return an Item
- Mail your item(s) to: Nutrifarmacy, 2506 Wildwood Rd, Wildwood, PA 15091
- We encourage you to ask the company you use to ship the product for a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when shipping back to us.
- All unopened items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
